About

Brianna Murphy is a Production Designer and Art Director with over 15 years of experience across commercial, branded, and narrative work. Raised in a small town between the woods and the arts, she split her time between tinkering in her dad’s woodworking shop and taking every available drama and art class. That early balance of creative exploration and practical skill laid the foundation for a career rooted in both hands-on craft and storytelling.

She began in the art department as an Art PA on Captain Fantastic and has since led design across national ad campaigns, branded content, and live events. Her clients include Amazon, Microsoft, Toyota, Bose, and Mazda. She has also created purpose-driven work for Gates Notes, designed for the Pacific Northwest Ballet’s fundraising gala, and contributed to the visual environment for Gamers for Giving, a two-day live-streamed fundraising event for the non-profit Gamer’s Outreach—shaping immersive experiences that support both artistic and community goals.

Brianna holds a degree in European Studies, completed UCLA’s Interior Architecture program, and was selected for the ’25–’26 Production Design Fellowship at WIF in Los Angeles, a program that supports new voices in narrative filmmaking. She approaches each project with a deep respect for story and the practical demands of production.

Her work combines conceptual design with on-the-ground problem solving to create visually cohesive environments that spark curiosity, emotion, and connection.

Brianna is in the process on joining the ADG and member of the Production Design Collective.
